The BAE Systems Honorary Scholarship is awarded annually in perpetuity to a deserving son or daughter of a United States Army soldier or to the spouse of an active duty enlisted soldier.

BAE Systems has established this perpetual scholarship by a generous donation and pledge of funding to the Army Scholarship Foundation. This scholarship is but one of many programs which BAE Systems has to assist U.S. Army soldiers and Army families, "BAE Systems is proud to support the US Army and Army families, particularly at a time when our soldiers are serving in harm's way," said Major General (Retired) J.B.
